Layered with existential psychotherapy, our work also examines life’s fundamental questions, such as meaning, identity, freedom, responsibility, loss, and choice, so that you can live more fully, not just symptom-free.

In addition, we incorporate evidence-based, actionable approaches (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other interventions) tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or navigating identity and life transitions, our therapy is trauma-informed and culturally responsive.
