How I work

I tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs, integrating actionable tools (CBT, Mindfulness, etc.) with psychodynamic and existential approaches. Drawing on both clinical training and corporate experience, I help clients manage job stress, career transitions, and work-life balance, while supporting personal growth and emotional well-being.

My previous clinical experience includes providing weekly psychotherapy to students in a school-based setting, providing ongoing support to those in crisis through the Crisis Text Line, serving as a court-appointed advocate to foster youth, and counseling student supervision.

I am a former entrepreneur and leader in educational technology, passionate about expanding access to early learning. Before entering the counseling field, I worked at the intersection of science, design, and engineering, where I developed a deep appreciation for how things are built and the role of creativity and beauty in shaping meaningful solutions.
