Healing That Honors Your Story
Life’s struggles may leave us feeling lost or disconnected, but they can also spark questions about who we are, what we value, and how we want to live. Sometimes the answers to these questions require deeper reflection and an understanding of the patterns that keep us stuck and disconnected from ourselves and others. I strive to create a culturally responsive, trauma-informed environment where people of all identities and life experiences feel seen, heard, and supported.
Rooted in Equity, Guided by Care
Before entering the counseling field, I spent over a decade as an entrepreneur and leader in educational technology, focused on expanding access to quality learning opportunities for children and families. My work was rooted in a deep commitment to equity, social justice, and community-based advocacy. This foundation continues to shape my therapeutic approach, where I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the complexities of each person’s story.
Supporting Growth Across Life’s Stages
I specialize in working with both adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds with a passion for supporting those navigating adverse childhood experiences, teenage challenges, loss of a parent, panic attacks, cross-cultural or interracial relationships, and mixed-race identities. I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, identity development, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenthood, family conflict, attachment wounds, loss, and grief, integrating both actionable tools with psychodynamic and existential perspectives that are tailored to your unique needs. Drawing on both clinical training and corporate experience, I also help clients manage job stress, career transitions, and work-life balance.
